Delivery:Free UK Mainland Shipping: Enjoy complimentary postage and packing for orders exceeding £75 within the UK mainland. For orders under £50 in the UK, as well as all international orders, shipping charges will be applied based on the item’s weight, volumetric weight, and other factors. Carrier Information: We prioritise the safety of your items during transit and utilise tracked/signed-for services from reputable carriers such as APC, Fedex, and DHL for most deliveries. Smaller orders may be shipped via other tracked couriers. While we aim to cover shipping costs responsibly, the use of tracked services ensures secure delivery, especially for items with specific characteristics.

Delivery Times:  We endeavour to dispatch your purchase promptly. For Next-Day delivery, please order before 10 am to ensure the delivery for the following day is possible. (Please be aware we will do our best to get Next-Day orders out on the same day but cannot always guarantee this) No Weekend deliveries. Please allow up to 2-3 working days for Standard delivery of UK orders. For European and Rest of World orders, customs processing times may lead to substantial delays, and an additional 25 working days should be considered in addition to regular transit times.

Customs Delays: Customs agencies are reporting extended processing times; thus, we appreciate your patience in the event of delays. Unfortunately, we are unable to address customs-related delays directly.

Damaged Items: In the rare event of receiving damaged items, accept the delivery and promptly notify us. Please provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item. Refrain from refusing or returning damaged parcels; inspect them carefully and report to us for further assistance.

Returns and Cancellations:

Cancellations: We encourage thorough research on products and pricing before placing an order. Cancellations are only permitted under exceptional circumstances, incurring a cancellation fee of 10% (orders under £100) or 5% (orders over £100) to cover administrative and restocking costs.

Returns: If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within fourteen days for a replacement or refund, excluding original and return carriage costs, restocking charges, or administration fees. Returned orders must be sent back to us via tracked/signed-for services. Partial order returns may affect applicable discounts and free shipping deals.
