ONYX Affiliate Agreement

1. Introduction

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the ONYX Affiliate Program operated by
ONYX Formula Ltd (“ONYX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By joining the program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the terms below.

2. Enrollment

To become an affiliate, you must complete and submit our registration form. Applications are reviewed manually and may be accepted or rejected at our discretion.

3. Promotion & Conduct

  • You’ll receive a unique affiliate link to promote ONYX products.
  • No spam, false claims, or misleading practices to generate clicks or sales.
  • No paid ads targeting ONYX-branded keywords, impersonation, or false association with ONYX.
  • Always represent our products honestly and professionally.

4. Commissions & Payments

  • Commission applies to qualifying purchases made via your affiliate link.
  • Commission rates and payment details appear in your affiliate dashboard.
  • Refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders are not eligible.
  • Payouts are issued monthly once the minimum threshold is met.

5. Tracking

  • Tracking is handled via cookies attached to your affiliate link.
  • Cookie duration: 30 days.
  • Only one affiliate is credited per sale (last-click attribution).

6. Use of ONYX Branding

  • You may use official ONYX images, logos, and content from your dashboard.
  • Do not alter ONYX branding or create similar marks that could confuse customers.
  • Product descriptions must remain factual and consistent with ONYX marketing.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account for violations or misuse. You may terminate participation at any time by contacting us in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

ONYX Formula Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to the affiliate program. Our liability is limited to valid commission payments owed.

9. Amendments

ONYX may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on this page or emailed to affiliates.
